About This Program:
Free Summer Bowling is a program for children 16 years old and younger. It gives every child registered daily bowling coupons
(Some exclusions apply).

Cost of the Program:
FREE. This program is free for any child in the appropriate age range.
Days and Times:
The coupons can be used Monday - Friday Before 5pm.
The coupons can also be used all day on Wednesdays

Limitations:
The registered child must have a physical address within 30 miles of Northside Lanes, and must be 16 years old or younger. High School children may be asked to show their school ID's for age verification.
Coupons:
Coupons will be emailed every weekend for the upcoming week. Coupons will be good for 2 FREE games per day. Each email will contain 1 coupon per child. That coupon must be printed out for each day. Every coupon will have a unique ID printed on it, which will be tracked at the bowling center. You may only use the coupon once a day. Shoe rental Not included.
Cancellations:
You may opt-out of this program at anytime. Also Northside Lanes reserves the right to cancel any membership based on abuse. (Child over 16 y/o, false information given during signup, using coupons more than once a day, giving copies to friends, etc.)
Sign Up:
Parents (Or Legal Guardians) fill out the form on the next page. You can add up to 4 children per email address. All children must reside in the same household. If you have more than 4 children in the age range, please register them on another email address. The email address used must be the Parent’s, it can not be the child’s. Failure to comply will result in cancellation.
