Reasons You May Not Be Receiving Emails:
Even though we have put into effect every known policy to prevent our emails from going into your Spam/Junk mail folder, occasionally one slips by.  Please check to see if our emails are going into your Spam folder, and if so, mark us as a safe sender.
Check Your Spam Filter:
When you sign up, we send out a confirmation email to you to make sure your email is valid.  In this email is a link to confirm your email address.  Please visit this link to enable us to send emails to you.

If you can not find the confirmation email, please email: freebowling@freesummerbowling.com and we will manually confirm your address
Email Address Not Confirmed:
Blocked Server:
As of right now, we only know of 1 server that is blocking all emails from us.  This applies to all users that have an email address ending in: k12.sc.us  We have been trying to correct the problem, but as of right now we are still being blocked.  Please register with an alternate email address.

There may be other servers blocking us, please email webmaster@freesummerbowling.com if you believe this to be the case, and we will further investigate.
Cancellations:
Northside Lanes does reserve the right to cancel any membership at any time, however you should have received an email stating why your account was cancelled.  This is normally due to the fact that you did not meet the membership requirements; Children over the age of 15, Living outside the 30 mile radius, Giving false information, Trying to use coupons more than once a day, etc...

If the above does not apply to you, and you are still not receiving coupons in your email, please let us know at freebowling@freesummerbowling.com and we will investigate the problem.
Our tracking system is updated Friday nights at midnight.  All new subscriptions will be placed into the system on that day, and your coupons will be emailed out on the following Sunday/Monday for the upcoming week.

All subscriptions must be verified and entered into the system manually.  However if you have signed up prior to Midnight Friday, you will receive coupons for the next week by 6am Monday morning.

Please do not contact the bowling center about problems related to this service.  All correspondence must go through the site administrator.
